Widespread problems with mold occurred after Hurricane Sandy. Mold is endemic. Some people have mushrooms growing on their carpets.

But leaves have appeared now on about 25% of it… I had thought it was dead. My walnut tree went wild in 2012, and Vgirl’s plum tree went crazy with fruit last year also. It remains to be seen what kind of fruit we will see in 2013 from these trees.
