Expanding Awareness of You as Source ~ Meditation

We all are Sparks of Source. As we clear our energetic body and align with Source, our Sparks merge with the Fire of our personal Kristos (our Christed Sun Self). And as we expand further to the core of our Self, this Fire merges with and becomes the Flame of Source. The Flame of Source is Pure White yet holds all of the colors of creation within it.

The purpose of this meditation is to start sparking within the Flames and thereby open inner portals/gates in each of the density levels to allow us to expand vertical through different inner frequency bands to Source (3 frequency bands = one density level such as, dimension 1, 2 & 3 create our 3D hologram and is one density level).

As each level merges, the individual Flames take on the appearance of a Spherical Sun sparking, the sparks of living consciousness flying out into the void that exists between density levels. As we consciously breathe in Source Energy, energetic locks open up to allow access into and through the void. Our conscious thought of alignment with Source becomes like a pebble thrown into a pool, with our conscious sense of Self a pool rippling out in ever-expanding waves of frequency sparks. Flames expand through the void to merge with the next Sun, through which the activation of personal consciousness expands and fuels the Fire and Flames of Source at each dimensional and density level.

As our consciousness moves closer to Source, we sense the Winds of Source fan the Flames, creating sparks of the Living Consciousness which serve as a beacon Home. Source is not stationary or without movement. The Winds of Source energy eternally send forth sparks to allow for creation of the Flames of Living Consciousness.

Meditation:

1. Activate your Pillar Connection to Source via whatever method you are comfortable with; Maharic Seal, Krystar Vehicle (from Azurite Press techniques), etc. Or, simply imagine a sphere of pure with light at Earth’s core and inhale this sphere of white light all the way upward, through the center of your body and out the top of your head, out into deep space.

   This will open your inner Pillar of Light connection to Source and would look like a bright white “tube” of energy running from Earth Core all the way up through the center of your body and out into deep space. The bottom of your Pillar is anchored within your 13th chakra at Earth core to allow stability of the energy within your physical body.

2. Close your eyes and take several deep, gentle breaths. Inhale Peace & Calm, then Exhale Peace & Calm through your body (simply “think Peace and Calm as you inhale and exhale as if that is what each breath is). Allow each part of your body to relax. Mentally tell your brain it can relax also.
3. Imagine a White Spark of Conscious Light in your AzurA, just below the point where your collarbones come together.

   This White Spark is a spark of your conscious identity, a small mini You sparkling and radiating the brightest white light you can imagine. The point of your physical body called the AzurA, is the point of your connection line to all of your Identities throughout the time matrix and to Source.

4. Picture your inner Pillar, then Inhale frequency from the Pillar into your AzurA and into the White Spark, then Exhale the sparkling white light gently upward within your vertical pillar.

   Take three more Inhale and Exhale breaths and on each Exhale breath, see your small mini self traveling upward through your Pillar. You will notice a very bright white light coming into view at the top of your Vertical Pillar. The distance from your physical body does not matter. Simply allow your small mini self to travel upward and notice the Bright White Light coming into your view. The Bright White Light is the Pure Consciousness Field of Source.

5. Allow your mini self to step into this Field of Source, Pure Bright White Light Energy. Become aware of the feelings you will feel from within this Expanded Space of Source. Feel the Love and Joy of Source all around and within your mini self. Feel the Love of Source gently brush the cheek of your mini self. You may even become aware of the Consciousness of Source smiling at you.
6. Using a gentle breathing rhythm, Inhale into the AzurA of your mini self and imagine as you inhale that the body of your mini self is being filled with the pure White Light of Source energy. As you feel your mini self become completely filled with Source Energy, notice that your vertical pillar becomes saturated with the Bright White Light of Source Energy. You may notice and feel as if you become one with the Bright White Light that previously seemed to be a space you entered into. You are now emerged completely within the Pure Consciousness of Source.
7. Continue the gentle breathing rhythm of Inhaling more of the Bright White Light of Source into your mini self and into your vertical pillar. From the awareness of your mini self, become aware of your physical 3D body as if you can see it positioned way below the location of your mini self and become aware that your vertical pillar is also filling your physical 3D body with the Pure Loving Joy of Source that is much stronger within the Bright White Light.
8. On the next Inhale Breath, Inhale as if you are inhaling your mini self back down through your vertical pillar and back into the location of your physical 3D body and into the AzurA of the physical 3D body. Exhale gently into the AzurA of the 3D physical body as you position your mini self back into your physical body.
9. Take 3 gentle Inhale / Exhale breaths from within the AzurA of your physical body and on each exhale breath, expand the pure white light held within your mini self at the AzurA throughout your entire physical body form. As you strengthen and expand the Pure White Light of Source Consciousness into your physical body, notice that every molecule and cell of your physical body starts to tingle. Your skin starts to feel as if it is tingling from the inside out.
10. Remember the wonderful feeling of the Loving Joy of Source that you felt while you were within the Pure Bright White Light of Source and feel that Loving Joy filling your entire physical body on each Exhale breath you take to expand that energy within your entire physical body.
11. As you continue to expand your mini self within your physical body form, become aware of the point when the mini self has expanded to the size of your physical body. The hands and feet of your mini self merge with the hands and feet of your physical body form. Your entire physical body is now brightly glowing with the Pure Bright White Light of Source Energy and it is now filled with the Loving Joy that Source feels for you Eternally. Take several more gentle breaths and expand the Pure Bright White Light of Source Energy through the pores of your skin, allowing your glowing form to breathe as the Light of Source.
12. Allow yourself to remain still and quite as long as you desire to simply BE with the Loving Joy of Source Energy. When you are ready, simply bring your focus back into the area around you and allow yourself to move around.

Each time you choose to consciously connect with the Pure White Light of Source and allow yourself to become conscious of the Loving Joy of Source that is a part of every fiber of your Being, you allow more of the Pure Energy of Source to expand and awaken within your 3D body.

You can very quickly return to the Pure Expanded Space of Source Consciousness any time you desire by simply activating your vertical pillar and sending a spark or your consciousness upward through your vertical pillar and becoming aware of the Pure White Light of Source energy. Then simply inhale that spark of your consciousness back into the AzurA point of your physical body and expand the Pure White Light of Source within your physical body. Each time that you do this process, you will become more aware of the tingling feeling within the physical body becoming stronger.

This meditation is a simple process for breathing expanded awareness of Pure Source Energy into the physical body to assist with Emotional Body healing. This can also be used to release anything from your physical body or your personal hologram to allow it to come into alignment with Source.

Releasing For Source Alignment: Assistance for Emotional Body Healing

• Activate your vertical pillar.
• Imagine a White Spark of energy within your AzurA.
• Place whatever issue you desire to be healed into the Spark of White Light within the AzurA. It may be an image or a word to describe the thought pattern, it may simply be an emotional feeling. What you use to represent the issue is always a personal choice. The thought intention actually sets the pattern for the issue at hand.
• Inhale, then exhale the Loaded White Spark up through your vertical pillar and into the Pure White Light of Source. You may desire to send a thought to Source such as, “please heal this for me Source.” Source always does!
• Exhale the issue for desired healing into the Pure White Light of Source and feel it release from your awareness. It is now one with Source to receive the healing it desires.
• Inhale the Pure White Light of Source down through your vertical pillar and allow it to fill your physical body to over flowing. The Pure White Light of Source will fill in the areas that you released from, like a gentle breeze moving through your physical body.

Be aware that you can move your consciousness into the Pure White Light of Source Consciousness any time you desire and hang out there for as long as you desire for whatever you desire: to rest, to sleep, to relax, for safety, to have temper tantrums, to cry or simply because you want to sit with Source. Source is always home and available so you can go visit without an appointment.

I have been on a journey of Light since last Monday from Mount Shasta to Joshua Tree to Sedona to … ? Connecting a crystalline corridor of 5D gateways to pull in the interdimensional light and open up portals to let the frequency amplify. An unexpected turn of events since the Equinox had my lifestream wide open for this, and it is amazing to experience the new light accelerations in this unique way.

“You Are the Gold” Activation ~ The GrandMothers Speak

This is a powerful meditation activation of the Golden Net of Light, I began seeing the Golden Net over the last few weeks but wasn’t quite sure what it represented or what to do with it. When I heard Debbie call in to the OPPT show last week she spoke of the Grandmothers instructions to use the Golden net of Light I realized  that’s what I had been seeing when I went within, so over the last week I’ve been exploring it’s energy with a better understanding of what it was and now shes given us a mediation instructing us how to activate the Golden Net of life…enjoy!

“You Are the Gold” : The GrandMothers February 2013 message

A Grandmothers’ Beacon from Georgia wrote, “The Grandmothers never mention all the negativity that dominates life on earth and controls the ways we connect with each other and Mother Earth. They never talk about this stuff,” Debbie said; “they just keep it simple and encourage us to work with the Net of Light. They’re smart. After all, why waste your time fighting something when you can supplant it with the Net of Light.” I admired the way Debbie had put this, but once I read her note, I forgot about it.

That night I woke shortly after midnight and couldn’t get back to sleep, so I began to work with the Net of Light. And as I thought of it holding the earth and blessing everyone, I became aware of it inside me. I’d felt the Net of Light in my body before, but this time it felt viscous, like a river of molten gold that was moving through all my systems. I lay there for a while, bathing in it, and then the Grandmothers spoke.

“There is a true way of connecting,” they said.”Not the way people connect in the world today, but a golden way,” and I smiled when I heard the word ‘golden’. “Instead of connecting through your hearts, you have been taught to relate in false ways–acting out roles, judging, and evaluating each other. But living like that doesn’t feel good to you and it isn’t good,” they said, shaking their heads sadly. “It’s not a true way of connecting,” they stated, and now I remembered Debbie’s email.

“What you are feeling in your body is true,” they said, referring to the river of gold flowing through me. “The real gold is within you. Pathways of gold underlie everything on earth,” they explained; “connecting life, linking you to what you call God, to one another, and to the earth. Golden strands of the Net of Light bisect your body and carry light to your organs and energy systems. Some of them are large while some are small, and they transverse the world inside you and outside you. Right now you are aware of this golden flow but what you don’t realize is, because you are held within the Net of Light, this gold is always present. You are gold,” they said.

“Each time you take your place on the Net of Light, you broadcast and receive a blessing from the Net. This calms your mind and fills your body with healing. The thoughts you send out at such times are golden,” they said, “bringing love and joy to everyone. Connecting in this way is the greatest service anyone can perform.

“Simply think of the Net/Grid/ Web of Light that covers the earth and once you have, let yourself be held in it. Take the time to feel the connection in your body,” they said, “then think of it moving through your heart and linking you with everyone, everywhere. This is the true way to relate to yourself and others,” they said, “connecting in light. All else is false. Other ways of relating may mimic connection, but unless they are anchored in love, they do not support life. Only what is heart-centered, can bless the earth.

“We have come to bring you a joy you cannot begin to imagine,” they said, “and what we have come to give is simple and true. The power of the Net of Light that holds the earth must be amplified now and because only human beings can do this, we are asking you to step forward and amplify it. Step into beauty, love, and good feeling,” the Grandmothers said. “Take your place on the Net of Light and hold this golden light steady. As you do, you yourself will heal and you will heal your beloved planet. This work will make you glow from the inside, out,” they said, smiling; “glow so much that others will respond to the light within you. Watch for it,” they said. “Your candle will light many.”

Note from Sharon I am struck by the power of this lesson–the alchemy of working with the Net of Light. Here is the real gold that human beings have been searching for, for eons. Not the stuff we wear on our fingers, hang around our necks or horde in bank vaults, but the real thing. Now we can turn the base metals of fear, grief, jealousy, rage, envy, etc. into the true gold–love. The Net of Light is the transformer. Imagine what this alchemical transformation will do for life on earth! The Grandmothers have given us the actual philosopher’s stone, in the Net of Light so let’s get to work and amplify the Net!

The Stillness of Zero Point in the Now Moment ~ Meg Benedicte

Now that 2012 has come and gone, many people are feeling lost, disappointed, and lack-luster about their lives. Does this sound familiar? Are you looking around and wondering what do I focus on now?

The world is changing at an accelerated pace and many people are feeling left out. Do you feel like a ‘ship without a rudder’, with no direction to go? Are you having trouble living with uncertainty?

Much of what you’re feeling is a symptom of the planetary shift that occurred on December 21st. Due to the planetary alignment with the Galactic Center, the human race is in the process of living in Zero Time, in the Now Moment! When we live without linear time, there is no more time-lag, no more predestination, no more karmic relationships…all is unraveling now. How strange it is to live without short-term memory anymore!

The past is dissolving and the future is pure unmanifested potential! Without the dimension of time, we are moving into a new incarnation where all Soul aspects are uniting inside us. Without linear time, we exist in a heightened space of all possibilities available at our fingertips in the quantum field!

After 2012, I had to unplug from everything that had supported my life in the past and start over. I had to upgrade my business system, my websites, start a new Membership, and basically uplift everything in my life into a much higher energy vibration. The prior energies no longer supported my new existence in Zero Time…they dropped out and collapsed in the consciousness shift on 12:21.

With the collapse of Time, we no longer follow any predestined life plan. When we live in the Now Moment, we are co-creating our reality based on where we focus our attention and desires in every breath we take. Without any future goals to attach to, there dwells an underlying human concern about living in uncertainty.

We are building a new emotional foundation that we can trust and rely on while living in the Now Moment. Instead of turning outside ourselves to focus on an external prize or goal to achieve…we are learning how to trust our inner connection to Pure Presence to provide for all our needs.

We need to actively cut loose and let go of all attachments or fixation on the past or wanting to know the future. This is where we get tripped up and stuck in 4D spacetime! The stronger our inner connection to Soul Presence, the easier it is to live with uncertainty because we know we are creating our reality in every moment!

So how do we build deeper, stronger inner Soul Presence? What are some of the steps to take to install a new emotional foundation that will sustain us no matter what life brings?

1. We first need to shift our perspective! Without linear time we need to let go of our 3D lens, and allow our minds to roam freely in the potent Now Moment.
2. We need to raise our energy frequency higher and our brainwaves into the range of 24 hertz and higher…then we rise up above the level of ego separation.
3. As we increase the energy frequency in our body, we need to create symmetry and balance between opposing forces of masculine/feminine, positive/negative, light/shadow and left brain/right brain. When we achieve neutral stillness inside our emotions and thoughts, we can access Pure Presence in the Now Moment.

Sometimes we need help lifting our mind/body into higher frequency and balanced stillness, and so I invite you to sample the powerful effects of the Quantum Vortex Meditation. Quantum Physics has proven the existence of GForce energy within the Still Point of a Phi Spiral Vortex. We have an amazing universal tool available to shift us into higher and higher realms of Pure Presence!

I have been guided to call for a Global Meditation on 3/19/13 at 7PM UTC or 12:00 Noon USA Pacific Time. This is to Shine Light on Mother Earth. On March 20th, Barack Obama will be going to the place of Jesus/Yeshua’s Last Supper on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. He will be there on the following day of the Spring Equinox 3/20/13 with 12 Republicans. It is very much like Jesus riding into Jerusalem on a donkey, (Obama — Democratic Donkey) having his dinner with 12 apostles (Obama in the same place with 12 Republicans). These persons are the ones who have been building the World towards the Armageddon scenario. The week before Pope Benedict stepped down last month, he had negotiated the entrance and seating at the place of the Last Supper.

As of February 22, 2013 we have now entered the 2nd Half of the Great Tribulation. How this goes, no one knows. We all know what new legalities these same persons who are going to the place of Jesus Last Supper, have been doing to enslave and depopulate and control the planet and humanity. WE KNOW of the rituals that are done in places like Bohemian Grove by these persons. WE know of their attempts to create as much dark and chaotic events so we give them our powers… I know in my heart it is time to stop the madness. I ask that we all join in as ONE to focus our LIGHT upon this situation.

It is interesting to me this is falling on the First Day of Spring, or what we know as a time of Rebirth. It is also quite interesting that since we have not had CMEs unleashed at us from the Sun in some time, that one of the largest in a long time will be here early on March 17. These CMEs amp the LIGHT on Earth and will for all individuals who embody that LIGHT, and focus upon it in order to transfigure their physical beings, to purify their bodies and beings, of cellular toxins and quantum magnetics.

Use this incoming CME, and raise your frequency and Light Quotient and then please join with me to focus that for this global meditation. Now is a VERY CRITICAL TIME for humanity. Those of us who are awakened can do much to change the possible scenarios, as timelines are and still will continue to merge until we finally reach that point of “The End of Time” aka, End Times… We have passed the Shift of Ages on December 21, 2012… These are two different events.

There are 3 Videos in this series explaining all occurring with this event best I could. Please share in any way you can, or organize your own events, in whatever way you feel called to do. Make the LIGHT you shine ongoing even after this event concludes. Make it a permanent focused Merkabah of LIGHT that surrounds that area of Jerusalem, of those still in the dark, of all humanity and surrounding Mother Earth, in order to bring them through this Birthing Of New Earth.

It is my honor to be here with you on Earth at this time going through these changes. It is time we join as the ONE we TRULY ARE, to make this shift.
