Robert Kennedy Jr. Leads Lawsuit To Sue Monsanto For Cancer-Causing Roundup Weed Killer

RFK JR lawsuit Monsanto

By On March 31, 2017

Roughly two years after the World Health Organization declared the active ingredient in Monsanto’s best selling Roundup weed killer to be a “probable human carcinogen,” the fallout continues for the controversial company.

According to a new report in the San Jose Mercury-News, 40 California residents are suing the chemical giant alleging that they developed non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma from the product.

The news carries special significance because of the timing: recently it was ruled that California can place a cancer warning on Roundup. Unfortunately for these California residents, the warning came a little too late.

Kennedy Jr. Leads Lawsuit Against Monsanto

Robert Kennedy, Jr., the environmental lawyer recently known for questioning the safety of vaccines and their additives, announced the lawsuit at the Revolution for Truth (vaccine-focused) rally in Washington, D.C. on March 31.

According to the Mercury-News report, the complaint was filed in Alameda County Superior Court and seeks compensatory and punitive damages from the defendants, Monsanto Co. and Willbur Ellis LLC, for wrongful death and personal injuries resulting from exposure to the weed killer.

The suit alleges that false data was produced by Monsanto attacking legitimate research which showed the danger of glyphosate. According to a news release from Baum Hedlund (part of the firm involved in the lawsuit), over 700 individual claims have been filed against Monsanto throughout the United States.

A former senior EPA employee worked with the company to suppress further reviews of the potentially damaging effects of glyphosate, recent court documents in the cancer label related lawsuit revealed. Monsanto argues that the weed killer is safe, but mounting evidence suggests that the company has colluded with the EPA for years to suppress independent research.

“Monsanto’s newly released documents expose a culture corrupt enough to shock the company’s most jaded critics,”  said Kennedy, Jr., in a statement from the firm according to the Mercury-News report.“Those papers show sociopathic company officials ghostwriting scientific studies to conceal Roundup’s risks from Monsanto’s regulators and customers, including food consumers, farmers and the public. One wonders about the perverse morality that incentivizes executives to lie so easily and to put profits before human life. All humanity will benefit when a jury sees this scheme and gives this behemoth a new set of incentives.”

Massive pollution scandal in Norwegian fjord

From: courtesy of

The Norwegian government today gave the green light to one of the biggest single instances of pollution in the country’s history. A new mine will dump its toxic tailings directly into the Førde fjord in the west of Norway.

“It is shocking that Norway is the only country in the world allow new projects of this kind”, said Lars Haltbrekken of Friends of the Earth Norway.

The controversial mining project in the Førde fjord will allow the mining industry to use the highly biodiverse fjord as a dumping ground. Friends of the Earth Norway reacted strongly to the government’s permission to pollute the fjord, which has previously been designated as a national salmon fjord by the government on account of the richness of its marine life.

The government has given permission to one of the biggest pollution scandals in Norwegian history. The Førde fjord is pristine and a rich source of fish, which will be greatly damaged by the vast amounts of tailings which will be dumped from the mine. Every minute, 24 hours of the day, for 40 years, 11 tons of tailings will be dumped in the fjord. Norway’s foremost marine scientists have given sharp warnings against the plans. The government completely ignores this.

The Norwegian Directorate of Fisheries protested the plans, because of the negative impacts on marine life. The Norwegian Institute of Marine Research has also issued several reports showing the dumping of tailings would do massive damage to life in the fjord.

“All the advice from environmental experts suggest that this is an issue where the precautionary principle should have been invoked”, continued Lars Haltbrekken.

Local businesses including fisheries and tourism-related enterprises have also protested the projects, as they endanger existing jobs in sustainable sectors, and harm Norway’s reputation. The Norwegian Environment Agency warned against using the fjord as a dumping ground last year over fears that species of fish could be permanently erased from Norwegian waters. Today, they have reached a different conclusion based on a “comprehensive review” of all the factors involved.

“The Environmental Agency’s position is hard to understand. We thought their responsibility was to the protection of our environment. The mining industry have several good alternatives available, but will now be allowed increased profits, by sending the bill for their pollution to our nature, our fisheries and future generations”, concluded Lars Haltbrekken.

Note: Even in the face of enormous concern from environmental organization and other government agency’s, the EPA – Environmental Polluters Agenda – are continuing to plunder the global environment for profits without one iota of concern for consequences or environmental impact…(face palm)

The collapse of this corrupt system can’t happen soon enough….

Petition to Swiss Govt: Protect Hawai`i from Syngenta!

Stand with the People of Kaua`i, sign the Petition to Syngenta’s Swiss HQ!

I join the residents of Kaua`i and support them in asking the government and people of Switzerland to instruct Syngenta, which is headquarted in Switzerland, to:

  1. Offer Kaua`i and all Hawai`i the same respect and protections that are afforded to the residents of Switzerland.
  2. Stop spraying Atrazine, Paraquat and 4 other pesticide “active ingredients” which are banned in Switzerland but are sprayed by Syngenta on a regular basis next to and upwind from Kaua`i schools, hospitals and homes.
  3. Honor Kaua`i’s laws as they honor the people and the laws of Switzerland. Ask Syngenta to drop their lawsuit against the people of Kaua`i over a democratically passed law (Bill 2491/Ordinance 960) that would establish pesticide buffer zones around the places we live and go to school. Ask them to stop using the courts to hide information about what they spray and to what they expose Kaua`i’s people on a daily basis.

I stand with Kaua`i and all the people of Hawai`i in asking the Swiss people and the Swiss government for their support.

why sign?

  • Kauai`i is “Ground Zero” for pesticide intensive research operations by the world’s largest chemical corporations!
  • West Kaua`i residents have no choice but to live, work and sleep downwind from restricted use pesticide spraying 2 out of every 3 days a year!
  • People of Kaua`i should be afforded the same rights and protections by Syngenta that its home country of Switzerland requires for its own people!
  • Please sign the petition, share with your friends and help the residents of Kaua`i send a loud message half way around the world on behalf of all Hawai`i.

Mattress Toxicity: Killing You Softly

By Lana Lokteff | Red Ice Creations

Humanity needs sleep and we quickly realize how much we need it after a night of no sleep. Sleep is vital for health, mood, memory, better thinking, stronger immunity, weight, sex and stress.

Dreams are also important to allow our subconscious to express. Science is now uncovering that dreams play a central role in our emotional health, psychological health, our memory, our learning and as a way to help us to find solutions to our problems. If we are seriously sleep deprived, we actually start to dream while awake.

Sleep also may help the human brain get better organized by filing away important memories and discarding unwanted information.

Scientists at the University of Rochester have found one of the reasons our brain needs sleep to survive. Turns out, when we sleep, our brain takes that time to clean out the build-up of brain junk we accumulate during our waking hours. When cells do their daily cell-type work, they produce waste product. The brain has its own garbage men, carried on the waves of cerebrospinal fluid, who surf the leftovers straight down to your liver for elimination. As it turns out, the brain’s garbage men move twice as fast when you’re sleeping, because your neurons shrink by half, making the fluid channels wider.

You spend 1/3 of your life on a mattress. You are drooling, sweating, having sex, lounging around and holding children on a mattress. You are making direct contact with a mattress and if you didn’t know this already, the vast majority of today’s mattresses are made from highly toxic volatile chemicals compounds that are linked to serious health problems. You breathe in these chemicals while you sleep and you absorb them when you sweat through a process of osmosis.

Sleeping disorders in the U.S. are growing at an alarming rate, and have been labeled as epidemic. Is the problem literally staring them in the face at night?

Most people aren’t sleeping well and research shows that 95% will go undiagnosed, and 70 million people in the U.S. report that they suffer from sleep-related pain (Time Magazine). And recent studies have linked poor sleep with the growth of many disease states, specifically: diabetes, obesity, stroke, heart disease, allergies, and fibromyalgia.

Since the mid- to late ’60s, most mattresses have been made of polyurethane foam, a petroleum-based material that emits volatile organic compounds. Most mattresses sold today contain some polyurethane foam and many contain specialty foams such as latex or memory foam, which consistently break down and release chemicals. The most common toxic materials used in making a mattress include petrochemicals, polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), formaldehyde, antimony trioxide, phthalates, and boric acid. These chemicals are used for the foam fillers, material adhesives, and for water-resistance. Most are used to make the mattress flame retardant, per federal law, causing mattress toxicity to increase. All these chemicals individually give off their own noxious fumes, commonly referred to as off-gassing.

Sleepers may report smelling the fumes when the mattress is first bought, which eventually ceases; however, although the off-gas smell no longer is detectable, toxins are still continuously being released and inhaled by the sleeper. Studies show that when a person is sleeping on a mattress with such chemicals, the toxins can seep into the body through the skin. This is supported through scientific research that has shown PCDE’s to be found in women’s breast milk in the U.S., a fact that has led many to fear that children are more likely to suffer greater than adults from mattress toxicity.

In 2005, Walter Bader, author of the book Toxic Bedrooms, sent several mattresses to an Atlanta-based lab. A memory-foam model was found to emit 61 chemicals, including the carcinogens benzene and naphthalene. But hey, it’s ok because its government approved? Right.

But there is another troublemaker in your mattress that you should be aware of and that is pesticide residue lurking in the cotton components of your mattress. Non-organic cotton is grown with pesticides, which are neurotoxins and endocrine disruptors that can cancer and nervous-system disorders. There are 107 active ingredients in pesticides still used in the U.S. that are carcinogenic, and 14 are known to cause reproductive problems in animals, according to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Not “in the mood?” Your mattress may be contributing.

Also, most mattress covers are made with synthetic fabrics that pose more health risks. Man made synthetic fabrics are made of toxic petrochemicals and then sprayed with flame retardants and other dangerous chemical finishes. Using synthetic, non-organic bedding, pillows and blankets also contribute to toxicity.

Researchers are questioning the origin of the increased incidences in pediatric respiratory issues, such as asthma, learning disabilities (specifically Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder), and lower IQ levels. Some have speculated there is a strong correlation between these issues and the materials used in children’s mattress and bedding items. Infants, children and pregnant women require more sleep per day in order to develop and function properly, resulting in an increased amount of exposure time.

Another study, utilizing mice, was conducted to measure the effect of breathing the emission (off-gassing) of four types of mattresses on the respiratory system. This study revealed that all mattresses containing synthetic materials caused upper airways irritation in up to 57% of the breaths measured, and saw decreased air flow by 17-23%.

Taking this information into account, it is then no surprise for many who wake up feeling, sick, tired and stuffy. Chemicals in your mattress and bedding are the culprit and they are also interfering with your much needed rest.

Compound mattress toxicity, with environmental toxins, household toxins, toiletry toxins, synthetic fabric toxins and pesticide ridden foods, it is no wonder people are getting cancer at alarming rates! We are drowning in a toxic soup and a “safe amount” every day soon becomes a heavy burden taking its toll.

But organic mattresses and organic mattress pads do exist! They are made with organic cotton, organic wool, organic latex (comes from rubber trees), with no chemicals of any kind. There are companies that sell mattresses that are completely natural and toxin-free, not just a little bit organic. The best companies will provide you with transparency from harvest to factory to showroom.

A sleep study conducted by Peter R. Dickson (1984) examined sleep quality of participants when sleeping on natural wool (participants slept on a wool pad that was placed under their sheet). He found that participants moved (tossed and turned) significantly less in the night. Additionally, participants in the study reported that they had slept better and that they felt better the next day when sleeping on the wool. Wool is hypothesized to increase sleep quality and reduce tossing and turning because 1) it reduces pressure points; and 2) it regulates body temperature.

Wool has an abundance of air spaces between the fibers that cushion the body and alleviate pressure points. This helps to support the spine and eventually distribute pressure to allow for a night free of tension and full of REM sleep. You will feel the difference.

Wools natural ability to wick away moisture and regulate temperature results in calmer heart rates due to lower humidity next to the skin. This provides for an optimal skin temperature that allows for a great nights’ rest.

Wool is the only fiber that is naturally flame resistant. Its main component, a protein called keratin, coupled with the moisture collected in its fibers, make it difficult to ignite.

The benefits of an organic, natural fiber mattress include: chemical free, hypoallergenic, provides ventilation, sustainable, biodegradable, durable, safe for children and adults, alleviates pressure, itch free, non toxic, absolute comfort, long lasting and coil free. Coils act as cancer-causing radiation antenna.

Don’t trust your government to protect your health. Take control of your own health. Research. Buy wisely.

Did you know that there are 77,000 known synthetic chemicals that have been manufactured since the 1940’s? They are lurking in the food we eat, the water we drink, and the air we breathe. These toxins enter our bodies through our skin, lungs, eyes, and mouth. In a recent video clip from the sold-out Longevity Now® Conference in Costa Mesa, CA, I share some simple steps that can help you address removing toxicity and restoring healthy hormone balance.

Massive fish kill in Myrtle Beach in South Carolina and Galveston Bay in Texas

On August 17, 2012, all along the Myrtle Beach coast, beach-goers were finding mixed species of dead fish floating in the surf or washing up on shore – sting rays, pompanos, whitings, flounders… The fish did not have any obvious signs of trauma.

Phil Maier, director of Coastal Reserves and Outreach for DNR office in Charleston, said there were groups of dead fish found between 28th and 68th Avenues North Friday. He said that water conditions are right for Friday’s fish kill to be caused by hypoxia, or low dissolved oxygen in the ocean. There have been light southwest winds, warm water and spring tides. Maier said it is very likely it was the dissolved oxygen levels that killed the fish, but DNR, the Department of Health and Environmental Controls and scientist at Coastal Carolina University continue to take samples and investigate the cause. Another possible reason is the red tide.

The occurrence of red tides in some locations appear to be entirely natural (algal blooms are a seasonal occurrence resulting from coastal upwelling, a natural result of the movement of certain ocean currents) while in others they appear to be a result of increased nutrient loading from human activities. Other factors such as iron-rich dust influx from large desert areas such as the Saharan desert are thought to play a major role in causing red tides.

Red tide is also potentially harmful to human health. Humans can become seriously ill from eating oysters and other shellfish contaminated with red tide toxin. Red tide algal bloom can potentially cause eye and respiratory irritation (coughing, sneezing, tearing, and itching) to beachgoers, boaters and coastal residents. People with severe or persistent respiratory conditions (such as chronic lung disease or asthma) may experience stronger adverse reactions.

Red tide killed more than million fish in Galveston Bay, Texas

Wildlife officials estimate more than a million fish have been killed in Southeast Texas by the algae bloom known as red tide. The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department offered the estimate after a flyover on August 16 in the Galveston area.Tens of thousands of dead fish began washing up on beaches last weekend. Water samples collected Monday confirmed the red tide at various sites in Galveston Bay. Parts of Galveston Bay have been closed to shellfish harvesting because of the algae bloom, which can cause respiratory problems.

(Credit: Jennifer Reynolds)

The human health effects associated with eating brevetoxin-tainted shellfish are well documented. However, scientists know little about how other types of environmental exposures to brevetoxin—such as breathing the air near red tides or swimming in red tides—may affect humans.

In large concentrations, the algal bloom becomes visible as a brown or red discoloration floating on the surface waters. No visible blooms have been reported though biologists did observe one area of discolored water in Keller Bay near the Alcoa plant and around Aransas Bay.

Red tides in the Gulf of Mexico are mainly a result of high concentrations of Karenia brevis, a microscopic marine algae that occurs naturally but normally in lower concentrations. In high concentrations, its toxin paralyzes the central nervous system of fish so they cannot breathe. Dense concentrations appear as discolored water, often reddish in color. It is a natural phenomenon, but the exact cause or combination of factors that result in a red tide outbreak are unknown.

Could this be a result of mutations taking place due to changes with the sun and incoming cosmic radiation pouring onto the planet, mutations the scientific and metaphysical communities both expected would transform life on the cellular level? For the moment lets pretend and overlook all the radiation, corexit, mercury, pcb’s and everything else that might be causing mutations.

More Proof the System is Broken: Bee Colonies Are Collapsing Left and Right

That the panicked news stories about it have died down doesn’t mean that the honeybee die-offs due to “colony collapse disorder” have gone away. It’s still happening with a vengeance, and it’s almost certain that pesticides are to blame:

Although news about Colony Collapse Disorder (CCD) has died down, commercial beekeepers have seen average population losses of about 30 percent each year since 2006, said Paul Towers, of the Pesticide Action Network. Towers was one of the organizers of a conference that brought together beekeepers and environmental groups this week to tackle the challenges facing the beekeeping industry and the agricultural economy by proxy.

“We are inching our way toward a critical tipping point,” said Steve Ellis, secretary of the National Honey Bee Advisory Board (NHBAB) and a beekeeper for 35 years. Last year he had so many abnormal bee die-offs that he’ll qualify for disaster relief from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).

In addition to continued reports of CCD — a still somewhat mysterious phenomenon in which entire bee colonies literally disappear, alien-abduction style, leaving not even their dead bodies behind — bee populations are suffering poor health in general, and experiencing shorter life spans and diminished vitality. And while parasites, pathogens, and habitat loss can deal blows to bee health, research increasingly points to pesticides as the primary culprit.

“In the industry we believe pesticides play an important role in what’s going on,” said Dave Hackenberg, co-chair of the NHBAB and a beekeeper in Pennsylvania.

Of particular concern is a group of pesticides, chemically similar to nicotine, called neonicotinoids (neonics for short), and one in particular called clothianidin. Instead of being sprayed, neonics are used to treat seeds, so that they’re absorbed by the plant’s vascular system, and then end up attacking the central nervous systems of bees that come to collect pollen. Virtually all of today’s genetically engineered Bt corn is treated with neonics. The chemical industry alleges that bees don’t like to collect corn pollen, but new research shows that not only do bees indeed forage in corn, but they also have multiple other routes of exposure to neonics.

So obviously something must be done. It’s one thing for the fossil fuel industry to get in the way of doing something about a problem as lacking in immediate impact as climate change. It’s quite another when the problem has not only immediate urgency, but immediate impact that people can easily get their heads around.

But will something be done this year? Not likely. Too much legalized bribery in the system during an election year:

Since this is an election year — a time when no one wants to make Big Ag (and its money) mad — beekeepers may have to suffer another season of losses before there’s any hope of action on the EPA’s part. But when one out of every three bites of food on Americans’ plates results directly from honey bee pollination, there’s no question that the fate of these insects will determine our own as eaters.

Ellis, for his part, thinks that figuring out a way to solve the bee crisis could be a catalyst for larger reform within our agriculture system. “If we can protect that pollinator base, it’s going to have ripple effects … for wildlife, for human health,” he said. “It will bring up subjects that need to be looked at, of groundwater and surface water — all the connected subjects associated [with] chemical use and agriculture.”

Future generations will look back at this country and its system of legalized bribery of politicians one day in the same way that they look back on slavery and say: “why did people not revolt in moral outrage?”

The answer is the same today as it was then: power, money, and a whole lot of regular people who just don’t give a damn or think they can’t do anything about it.

Also, the people like Scalia and Roberts who perpetuate and glorify the system know that by the time the public is ready to scorn them as much as they scorn the authors of the Dred Scott decision, they’ll be long gone from this world, and their comfortable progeny will be safe from the consequences of their rulings.

Freak foam storm swamps seaside resort of Cleveleys

Foam from the sea at Cleveleys (Pic:MEN)Foam from the sea at Cleveleys (Pic:MEN)

IT looks like a carwash gone out of control – and the truth really has got locals in a lather.

Drivers and walkers heading along the promenade at a popular Lancashire tourist spot were swamped by thick, dirty foam yesterday.

The oily bubbles were blown ashore after 90mph winds battered the resort of Cleveleys, near Blackpool.

In places the freak foam was almost 3ft deep, trapping residents in their homes and stranding drivers.

Resident Gorden Stanley said: “The situation with the foam is horrendous, normally it happens once every few years but it has been like this three times this year.

“It is oil based so it is terrible for your car and stains your clothes and windows, people don’t like to go out of the house in it.

“It’s not just the promenade, it gets blown inland so bungalows at the back of my house are totally covered too. If this is detergent in the water caused by industry or by shipping, it needs to be investigated, it shouldn’t be happening as often as this.”

Last night the Environment Agency was probing the foam to check for polluting material. A spokesman said: “We have taken samples of the foam as obviously if this is caused by any kind of polluting material, we need to know about it.

“Early samples are not showing any trace of detergent so we think it could be the combination of decomposing algal matter churned with the tide and the westerly wind which is causing the foam.

“We know it happens occasionally and can disappear again quite quickly so we will be looking further into what triggers it.”

THE GREAT ABYSS – Fracking is RAPIDLY destroying America’s water tables and may lead to an EXPLOSION of BIBLICAL proportions

The locomotive size diesel engine pictured to the right in the diagram below, is used by America’s energy companies to turn incredibly huge water pumps. Pumps then force water removed from manmade Lake Meredith, down into the earth at Sanford, Texas, in order to extract large quantities of gas.

The concept of forcing water into the gas reserve, which in turn forces gas to the surface, and hopefully into pipelines, is called “water replacement.”  The fact that farmers have pumped over a foot deep of water out of the Ogalla Aquifer only accentuates the problem, by adding to the vacuum, by eventually sucking the “replacement” water down into the aquifer.

PANTEX. (where America stores most of its larger nuclear weapons) is indicated by the red dot on the Texas county map.  The image to the right is the official U.S. Geological Survey map of America’s natural gas reserves; all of which are collectively referred to as the HUGOTON PANHANDLE GAS RESERVE.  (The various colors on the map indicate the density of gas from one area to another.)

Keep in mind the gas reserve doesn’t
always follow America’s shore lines.

As you can plainly see, the entire North American Continent is perched directly on top of these reserves.  The largest of the reserves within the Hugoton Panhandle Complex is the “Panhandle Reserve,” which is located a few miles north ofPANTEX, just outside of Amarillo, Texas.  At this location this horrendous natural gas reserve is less than fifty feet below the surface of the Earth.

Due to the Panhandle Reserve being overworked since the very early 1900’s, there are now huge pockets of natural gas all around the PANTEX nuclear storage facility.  It should be noted that all that’s required to set off a nuclear device is to “surround” it with explosives that can be simultaneously set off in a controlled manner.  However, in this instance, if the H-P Reserve ever explodes it will NOT actually set off these nuclear weapons.

The results will be far more catastrophic than if the nuclear weapons were to all go off at once, because, the explosion from the reserve will  vaporize America’s nuclear weapons, and carry their radio active particles into the atmosphere, to be distributed all around the world.

Background Information:
Back in 1924, it was thought this oil and gas reserve was limited to the Texas Panhandle, and was appropriately named the Panhandle Natural Gas Reserve.  The early wells were given names based on the county in which they were drilled, such as “Panhandle, Wheeler County”, “Panhandle, Carson County”, “Panhandle, Hutchinson County”, and so on.  It was later discovered that these pockets of natural gas throughout the Panhandle were part of one giant reserve.

In addition to encompassing the entire Panhandle of Texas, it was then discovered that this giant reserve ran all the way across the State of Kansas.  Kansas had already named its portion of the reserve the “Hugoton Reserve.”  As the Hugoton and Panhandle reserves were found to be one and the same, they were simply referred to jointly as the Hugoton-Panhandle Natural Gas Reserve.

Later, it was discovered that the massive H-P Reserve runs all the way across the entire State of Oklahoma, and beyond, encompassing areas which, also had already given their portion of this very same gas reserve names.

xX Eventually, it was discovered that the H-P Reserve runs all the way north to Montana, and that for drilling purposes it was “tap-able” in almost any area along the way.  Then, at a later time, it was discovered that this same gas reserve runs up to the most northern part of Canada, as well as

all the way down to the southern most part of Old Mexico, with its width extending all the way from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean, thereby encompassing the entire North American Continent!!

In other words, what were thought to be numerous separate gas reserves throughout the country, were now understood to all be part of one huge reserve, the Hugoton Panhandle Natural Gas Complex.

The following is but a partial list of names for other sections of what is now known as the Hugoton Panhandle Natural Gas Reserve: a/k/a  Powder River; San Juan; Uinta;  Paradox; Williston Basins; Sweetgrass Arch; Central Montana Uplift; the Rocky Mountains; Louisiana Henry Hub; Trenton-Black River gas play in southern New York; Western West Virginia Discoveries; Wyoming’s two hubs; and the list goes on, and on.

Some of these places pump their own replacement water into the reserve, while others pay pumping stations as far away as Sanford, Texas, and beyond, for providing their water replacement contribution, because their location HAS no water to pump.

Also, see the link to a recent article in the National Academies Press declaring (in red text about halfway down the page) that:  “Most production from the Hugoton Panhandle complex (in the State of Wyoming) is connected to, or could be connected to, the BLM helium pipeline and Cliffside storage facility near Amarillo, Texas.”  Please take note that scientists do indeed call every one of the interconnected reserves the “Hugoton Panhandle Complex” as verification to what we’ve said above..

In effect, what we have is essentially one common gas reserve that encompasses most of the area beneath the entire North American Continent, with a commonly used process turning it into a literal bomb of unimaginable size, creating a potential disaster of Biblical proportion.

Government maintains that these sections of the reserve are not interconnected, most likely so it can allocate each section as a TAXABLE entity.  So, for TARIFF reasons it has no other choice, but to allow these “different” reserves to be treated as though they were independent. If not, issues of tax liability would arise among the oil companies.

Although the government will claim these are different reserves, and that they are not connected, a look at their own official photograph clearly shows us otherwise.

Why does it matter if they are interconnected?

Fourth baby dolphin found dead on Horn Island

HORN ISLAND — The Institute for Marine Mammal Studies has confirmed that a fourth baby dolphin has washed ashore on Horn Island,

The island, one of the longest in the chain that comprises the Gulf Islands National Seashore Park, is about 12 miles south of Ocean Springs.

Three baby dolphins were pinpointed Monday and a fourth was reported today by National Resource Advisory employees who are working with BP cleanup crews on the island.

Researchers with the IMMS are headed to the island now to take tissue samples and possibly remove the bodies back for studies.

These infant dolphins are among the 18 reported since January.

The four are also among the 28 total adult and infant dolphins reported since the beginning of the year. None of the dead adults were pregnant females.

The industry’s leading scientist on marine mammal strandings is concerned about these deaths.

Blair Mase, NOAA’s marine mammal stranding coordinator for the Southeast region, confirmed that the number of baby dolphin deaths is high.

She said the Institute for Marine Mammal Studies reports all its findings to her.

So far this calving season, 18 infant dolphins have either been stillborn or died shortly after birth.

“We’re definitely keeping a close eye on this situation,” Mase said. “We’re comparing this to previous years, trying to find out what’s going on here.”

She said this is the time of the year that she sees death in young dolphins, because it is the beginning of the birthing season. But really, the normal birthing season is a little later in the year, she said.

“We’re trying to determine if we do in fact have still births,” she said. There are more in Mississippi than in Alabama and Louisiana.

“With the oil spill, it is difficult,” she said. “We’re trying to determine what’s causing this. It could be infectious related. Or it could be non-infection.

“We run the gamut of causes,” she said, including human impact, which would include the oil spill; infectious disease and bio-toxins,

IMMS has been conducting necropsies on the baby dolphins and sharing the findings with Mase.
