The ‘Tesla of eco-villages’ is developing off-grid villages that grow their own food and generate their own power

ReGen VillageReGen Villages

If you move into a new neighborhood being constructed outside of Amsterdam, your salad greens might come from the greenhouse attached to your home. Your eggs could be gathered from the village chicken coop, and your food waste would all get harvested for compost.

ReGen Villages is a startup real estate development company aiming to build small, self-sustaining residential communities around the world. The first one is expected to be completed in Almere, Netherlands in 2018. Unlike traditional subdivisions, ReGen villages would be “regenerative” (hence the name), since they’d use resources in a closed loop.

“Regenerative means systems where the output of one system can actually be the input of another,” ReGen’s founder, James Ehrlich tells Business Insider.

In ReGen villages, household food waste is composted and fed to flies, which in turn feeds fish, which then fertilizes aquaponic gardens (multi-layered systems that combine fish farming and hydroponic agriculture, with plant roots submerged in nutrient-rich solution rather than soil). Those aquaponic farms grow produce for residents to eat, as do seasonal gardens, which are be fertilized by waste from livestock raised to feed residents. Rainwater is harvested and filtered for use in the farms and gardens, and on-site solar panels power the homes.

ReGen Village diagramReGen Villages

Though this kind of regenerative, self-sufficient neighborhood might sound like a pipe dream, ReGen has already determined its first two sites. Ehrlich says he expects to sign a memo of understanding for a plot of land in Lund, Sweden in the coming weeks — the agreement will outline the intent to purchase the land and set forth initial terms. And ReGen’s first site in the Netherlands is currently undergoing archaeological testing to make sure the village won’t be built on top of any historic ruins.

Ehrlich expects to break ground there in the first quarter of 2017, begin construction by the end of the summer, and have the first 25 homes built by the end of the year.

Each completed village will house 100 families on about 50 acres. Each family’s house will have an attached greenhouse for growing personal crops, and the village’s communal farms and livestock will be managed and run by ReGen staff. Individuals can pitch in their labor as a way to lower the monthly fees homeowners pay on top of their mortgages. (In the Almere community, Ehrlich expects that cost to be around $560.)

ReGen Village greenhouseReGen Villages

“It’s this concept that the way you look at a subdivision is edible, so you walk through the path and there’s berries and fruit trees and nuts and spices and all kinds of things to enjoy,” Ehrlich says. “We don’t do lawns, we don’t do golf courses or tennis courts. That’s a good place to grow food, so we’re going to grow food there.”

Ehrlich refers to ReGen as the “Tesla of eco-villages,” because he says the neighborhoods will allow eco-conscious people to elegantly go off the grid on their own terms. The villages will also use sensors and technology to monitor energy use, farming efficiency, and living patterns, and send that data to the cloud so villages in similar geographic regions can learn from each other. The strategy is similar to the way Tesla uses machine learning to analyze data gathered from the autopilot systems in its cars.

ReGen, which was founded in 2015, has partnered with Copenhagen-based architecture firm Effekt to design all the villages. Ehrlich says he hopes to build many more than the two that are already in progress — he’s in discussions about buying sites in Denmark, Norway, Germany and Belgium.

ReGen Village streetReGen Villages

Ehrlich says the ReGen villages are designed to give people an environmentally friendly alternative to urban life. He also hopes they can help make agriculture more sustainable and less wasteful.

He envisions these communities as disaster-resistant as well, since they could likely continue running if the current grid were compromised. He mentions Superstorm Sandy as an example.

“My family was without power for three weeks, and it got real after about three days,” he says. “You run out of food, and your credit card doesn’t work, and even if you have cash, you go to the supermarket and the shelves are bare. It doesn’t take long for civilization to collapse, for there to be chaos.”

Not every village could produce enough food or harvest enough water to satisfy all of its residents, of course. Ehrlich says the percentage of the nutritional needs the village could fulfill will depend on the climate in a given place (a farm in Hawaii could produce more year-round food than one in Sweden), as well as what the residents have come to expect to eat (imported delicacies, processed food, etc).

But Ehrlich’s initial estimates are optimistic — he says a village could produce enough fresh food to take care of 50-100% of the needs of its residents.

ReGen village farmReGen Villages

And if there’s any excess food or energy gathered, he says, that could also be sold, and the profits could offset residents’ fees.

Ehrlich’s next step is to firm up the designs for the different houses that prospective buyers will be able to purchase in the Netherlands. Then he can start compiling the initial list of people who are seriously interested in moving in.

Michael Tellinger: UBUNTU Canada Update – Infiltrated by Seperatist Group

After my Modern Knowledge tour in 2014, that took us right across this great land, and presentations in 12 cities, the UBUNTU group in Canada started out so strongly that it took my breath away. It is therefore with great sadness in my heart that I have to take this action to respond to sinister activity among the UBUNTU family in Canada.
Unfortunately the Canadian UBUNTU movement was hijacked by a rogue group that separated themselves from the UBUNTU parent body, caused the de-registration of the party in CANADA, while promoting their own personal agenda which is far removed from the global UBUNTU plan of action and manifesto, and started posting negative sentiments regarding myself and UBUNTU Canada .
As a result of their separatist action, UBUNTU Party Canada will not be able to participate in the Canadian elections 2016 as hoped. Instead of working with those that registered the party, electing a natural leader, and following the UBUNTU plan from the South African head office and the united effort in the UK, this small group has caused the first rift in our global united family. I trust they will realise that their actions were out of line and unnecessary – where collaboration should have been applied at all times.
I can only conclude that this group was successfully infiltrated by agents who want to destabilise our activity and the UBUNTU movement around the world. This is very sad and disappointing and goes right against the spirit of what we are attempting to do, which is to unite people all over the world and across all borders – with the same philosophy of unity consciousness and a consistent political manifesto.
This splinter group calls itself The Ubuntu Party Canada Political Contributions Team,  started posting derogatory statements to some independent media. They are: Kristie Elgersma; Ryland Fizcel; Robin Gosse; Mark Kennedy; Rousseau Kumara Llanera; Barb Pattison; Robin Ritchie.
This means that this group of seven people can no longer call themselves UBUNTU representatives if they promote other philosophies that drive their own personal agendas. Please be aware of this. I wish them luck in creating their own movement with its own vision and a way forward for humanity and hopefully our paths will unite again in the future. The door is open to them to rejoin us in the UBUNTU plan.
Please note: As it stands, this group does not have the support of the UBUNTU Head Office, and therefore can not claim to represent the UBUNTU Party Canada or the UBUNTU movement in Canada in any way. They do not have the right, or permission from the UBUNTU Global Head Office, to use our name, logo or any other intellectual property that was created for the global UBUNTU Liberation Movement and associated political party activity.
As soon as I return home from my extended global tour, I will start setting up a new core UBUNTU team for Canada that works closely with me and resonates completely with the UBUNTU philosophy. If you want to be actively involved in UBUNTU Canada and the political activity which is crucial to speed up the realisation of our objectives, please make sure that you are on the coordinators list for Canada below. I will be sending out a communication to everyone soon.

In unity & resonance

Michael Tellinger, UBUNTU ~ Technology Behind Our FREE ELECTRICITY Promise

I get many individual emails from people wanting to know what kind of technology will deliver the FREE ELECTRICITY we talk about. Keep in mind that our aim is for every town and community to have its own electricity supply that becomes FREE to the people once the installation has been paid, and free to those who participate in any of the community projects initiated by the UBUNTU plan of action in that community.
It is impossible to respond to individual emails one by one so I urge everyone interested in this subject to read all the documents that I put out on our website and spread the message to others. Our disappointment in the non-delivery of the generator from Germany is not the end of the world. It was merely one of many options we have and it appeared to be the simplest option at the time.
We are focusing on tried and tested technology for the delivery of FREE ELECTRICITY in our campaign for 2016 municipal elections in South Africa. These are water turbines for rivers and lazy water, or slow moving water that can deliver the power we need. This is why we need to choose towns with water nearby.
In addition to this, we have access to dozens of inventors and scientist with a wide variety of other technologies that are just waiting for us to win on a political front at which point they will make their technology available to us. Many of them are too scared to go public before they can be supported on a political level by a party that has been elected into office as a municipal authority.
Have no fears – our campaign rests on tried and tested water turbine technology that can generate 22 times as much energy as current hydro-turbine installations. This is a unique advantage for the UBUNTU Party. But once we have the first free electricity system installed, this will open the flood gates and bring many inventors out of hiding to share their brilliant work. This is the moment that the world has been waiting for. The platform has to be set and provided with a political victory in one small town that will cause the domino effect in countless others.
I trust that you will see the simplicity in our plan of action and support us every step of the way. We are not perfect and we do not have all the answers, and there will be hurdles and disappointments along the way. All we have to do is deal with them as they arise and not be afraid to take this journey to liberate ourselves from the stranglehold of our governments and their energy supply grid that holds us all hostage to the system. We are the ones we have been waiting for – so let’s do what we came here to do and manifest our own reality and the beautiful future of abundance, unity and higher consciousness for the world.
In Unity

UBUNTU Plan of Action For Small Towns

As we start planing our campaigning for the 2016 Local Municipal elections in South Africa, I would like to point out to all UBUNTU members that our entire political focuse has shifted to small towns and villages. Where we can make a huge impact by reaching the majority of the people with our message and taking the elite by surprise.

So here is the UBUNTU plan of action for small towns – In a nutshell – more details to follow.

  1. Provide our own electricity supply for every town – we know it exists
  2. Launch a diverse number of Community Projects – everyone is asked to contribute 3 hours per week to any of these projects
  3. Turn our town into a powerful labour force, doing everything for ourselves – and others around us
  4. Free electricity for everyone that contributes 3 hours per week to the projects
  5. Free electricity to all Community Projects
  6. Free labour for all Community Projects
  7. Create 3 x abundance of everything we do – export the 2/3 at a fraction of the price available anywhere else
  8. Invite all industry to become part of the Community Project pool – and benefit immensely from no labour cost, no electricity cost and an increasing supply of free components as the projects become integrated and start to supply each other for free
  9. Business owners retain one third of profits, 2/3 go to the community
  10. Interim generation of wealth with which to grow community projects
  11. No corporation can compete with us because we provide the labour for free ourselves
  12. Winning a local election
  13. Installing an UBUNTU municipality and Council of Elders
  14. Activate more projects and attract top talent in all areas as the new mayor – once the people feel the broad benefits on so many levels, UBUNTU will never get voted out
  15. Everything becomes available for free to all those who participate in the projects
  16. Everything we do eventually becomes a part of the Community Projects activity – like horse riding, healthcare, building, hiking, art, shoe-making, etc.
  17. This system creates a new education structure where people learn valuable skills for life while doing community projects
  18. In a few years we have a well trained and highly skilled community where everyone can do everything – and loving it
  19. Using this one small town as the first domino to fall and lead by example to all other small towns.
  20.  This will cause a win in the national elections next time around.
  21. Converting our whole country into a united community of abundant diversity on all levels which leads to the demise of money entirely.

Ostrich farmer from Eastern Cape shows court his mortgage loan is now in Taiwan

This new case by a South African ostrich farmer against Standard Bank could open the floodgates for people to seek retribution from past unlawful judgement like mine and millions of others. If I was a banking executive – this would be a good time to resign and go into hiding. The people are waking up.

An ostrich farmer from Grahamstown (South Africa) has thrown the local court into a spin by apparently proving that his mortgage loan with Standard Bank has been on-sold to an investor in Taiwan. This is the first time a securitisation audit has been presented in a SA court. On the basis of the evidence presented, the farmer says Standard Bank has no right to be in court.

Ash Davenport, a 63 year-old ostrich farmer from outside Grahamstown in the Eastern Cape, may be about to make history in his effort to stave off attempts by Standard Bank to take possession of his 3,260ha farm over a R3 million loan he took out seven years ago.

Last week he threw the Grahamstown High Court into a spin when his attorney, Bev Carruthers of Port Elizabeth, plonked a securitisation audit in front of the judge. The securitisation audit suggests that his bank loan has been on-sold to a Taiwanese bank and is no longer owned by Standard Bank. That being the case, Standard Bank has no right to be in court. More than that, the audit suggests the bank has securitised (or on-sold) his bond for R5 million, not the R3 million he supposedly signed for.

The court reserved judgment as to whether to allow the audit to be presented as new evidence in a case that has been dragging on for close to seven years.

“I intend to fight this all the way,” says Davenport. “These banks have been getting away with this nonsense for too long. I had to pay R17,000 for the audit but it was worth it, since it provides proof that the bank has in fact been securitising mortgage loans and then coming after property owners when they have no right to.”

Securitisation audits are a new development in South Africa, but are common in the US. They effectively carry the same weight as a financial opinion by a company’s auditor, though the banks are trying to dismiss them as hearsay.

Standard Bank attempted to discredit the audit by Michael Carrigan, a certified mortgage securitisation auditor in the US, who managed to track the chain of title for Davenport’s mortgage bond all the way to Taiwan. The bank referred to Carrigan’s evidence as “speculative at best” and claimed he did not have a grasp of South African law. It then reiterated that his loan had not been securitised.

Carrigan also provided a second audit for another Grahamstown resident, Jay Brown (not his real name), apparently proving that his Standard Bank mortgage loan had ended up with a bank in Thailand. Brown is also defending his property against repossession by the bank.

Bear in mind that the bank in both cases has denied – as all the major banks have done in thousands of other similar cases – that it had securitised these mortgage bonds. Brown went one step further, by settling his debt to the bank by way of a promissory note of his own – similar to a cheque or bank note – which he claimed is legally permissible in terms of the Bills of Exchange Act.

This is a rather interesting defence first developed in SA by the late Johan Joubert, who insisted that individuals should issue their own promissory notes in settlement of debts, just as the banks concoct money out of thin air on their computer terminals. Standard Bank has refused to accept Brown’s promissory note.

Davenport has taken a more traditional route, arguing his case based on whatever evidence he can get his hands on. He asked Standard Bank to produce a “wet ink” copy of his mortgage bond and what was produced looked a little strange. The lines, the type face and the signatures did not line up with another copy he had. To all intents and purposes, it looked as if the documents were manufactured after the event, according to Davenport. Like someone had literally cut and pasted sections from one document, pasted them onto another, and then made a photocopy. This made him even more suspicious, even more certain that his mortgage bond had been securitised and the bank was hiding something.

So how did Davenport end up in this position?

The first thing to understand is that he is an eastern Cape farmer with a sharp tongue who doesn’t take kindly to bankers in suits coming to take away a farm that he and his family have been working since 1956. At one time he was the Eastern Cape’s most prominent ostrich farmer. He was exporting his ostrich meat to Europe and making a decent living. In 2004, the Avian flu scare hit SA. A government vet (Davenport calls him a “prick”) was sent down from Pretoria to inspect his birds, and with a wave of his pencil decided they should all be slaughtered.

On a personal note:
In 2013, Standard Bank bribed a Supreme Court Judge, by providing him with a pre-written judgement against me, Michael Tellinger, after a 3-hour argument at the South Gauteng High Court. During this hearing advocate Shem Symon, representing STD Bank, admitted to all the points raised by me which included: (This can all be verified from the court records.)
STD Bank did not lend me anything.
They did not have any money to lend me in the first place
They created the money on their system with clever book keeping entries – creating the money out of THIN AIR
The Bank securitises their home loans – selling them on to third party securitisation agencies like Blue Granit, losing all rights to the contract
STD Bank was in possession of my Bill of Exchange for around R900,000 that they refused to monetise or return to me.
STD Bank accepts payment in Bills of Exchange and Promissory Notes

Let the banking games begin…
In love and unity

Michael Tellinger and Hope Girl ~ UBUNTU Contributionism and Free Energy

FTW Michael Tellinger Show Logo

UBUNTU is working! This is what ten years of philosophy and six months of physical labor look like when a real solution births its way into our physical world!

UBUNTU Contributionism is a model for a new social structure and global movement founded by scientist, explorer, and internationally acclaimed author Michael Tellinger.  Earlier this year, after six months of back breaking work, the first UBUNTU model community became  a reality in Michael’s small home town of Waterval Boven South Africa.  A vandalized building abandoned by the government has been reclaimed and renovated by the people of the town to become the Community Town Hall.  The new space will be utilized for a wide array of needed purposes including a movie theatre, school, community gym, and meal hall. The accomplishment of this feat acts as a real kick off to the many projects that will continuously develop as a living breathing model for the first operating UBUNTU community.

This interview is very near and dear to my heart. I learned about Michael and his amazing work a few years ago, and his research played a huge role both in my awakening process out of corporate America, and in the formation of the Fix the World Organization.  Fix the World and UBUNTU Contributionism share a lot of parallels in our foundational philosophy. Michael’s work has always been a huge inspiration to me personally, and in many ways has set a real example for all of us.

In this interview, I have a chance to speak with Michael about two topics that I am very passionate about; community and free energy.  Michael has completed the first portion of hard work in getting their community hall up and operating.  We compare notes on both of our experiences and reveal what it’s really like to run projects like this. We also touch on the world of alternative/free energy, and Michael presents an incredible solution that shows how free energy can unite a community instead of divide a community.

Highlights from the Interview:

Working with Volunteers
While there were some amazing volunteers that came from all over the world and helped in a big way, there were also a lot of volunteers that came and caused a lot of damage.  Managing volunteers is a full time job and many lessons were learned on how to improve the experience in the future. This involves doing a lot of foundational work to get the projects started, and then having an organized set of specific tasks for volunteers to do with a designated volunteer coordinator to help manage the people.

Michael speaks about how opening up your project  to volunteers also opens you, your home and your life to infiltrators that come in under the guise of “volunteers” and who are there solely to undermine your project.  This is a common problem in this type of work, and we at FTW have had the same types of experiences.  Valuable lessons about this topic are shared in this interview for the many groups that are undertaking similar projects.

Alternative Energy
Michael like many others has been following the QEG project and we were able to give him a private demonstration of our QEG over skype.  This sparked a conversation about the experiences that Michael has had in the “free energy world” working with many inventors and taking part in various conferences around the globe.   In this interview, I asked how UBUNTU Contributionism would apply to building a free or alternative energy device.  Michael then laid out an amazing philosophy:

“This is where my philosophy and the current UBUNTU Contributionism philosophy on alternative energy devices is very different from most other people.

I oppose the creation of a small energy device that can be used by people in their individual homes. That is not my intention. I have come to the conclusion that the global collective consciousness is not ready to embrace that. It might sound really arrogant to people, but let me explain why I say that.

If tomorrow, some factory started manufacturing a 20 KW machine that anyone could buy off the shelf, you’ve got a serious problem. Because you clearly aren’t going to sell it cheap, so those that can afford it will buy it, and they’ll be ok in their own home. While the people that can’t afford it will be even poorer and there will be a bigger gap between the “haves” and the “have-nots”.  This is not a solution.

I am a strong proponent of a different approach. I believe that we need to create an energy device that is owned by the community. Whether it’s a bunch of smaller devices strung together, or one big device that runs a megawatt or more. This device should belong to the community so that everyone can get free electricity.

The community works together to collectively put the funds together to install that technology. Whether it’s something put into the river, or new exotic technology, or the QEG… whatever it is that the people can get their free electricity from.

This is what we are now promoting through our election campaigns for next years’ local municipal elections. We are promoting the fact that we are going to give our four towns free electricity, not by weird fancy technology, but by simply putting hydro turbines into the rivers in each and every town. And then we the people pay to install it, we run it and manage it, and it’s our electricity. Everybody gets free electricity, everybody benefits equally. In return for that free electricity, everybody has to contribute their three hours a week towards one of the community projects.

So you use the electricity to unite the people and not to divide the people. Now you are creating a community of abundance beyond your wildest imagination.   Everyone is happy, they have free electricity, and they can do things they couldn’t do before. They don’t have to be cold in winter and hot in summer. They can cook, they can read and study at night, they can do what they want and they love you for this.  They feel like they are part of the community because they are no longer marginalized and everyone is equal on that front.

And now you also have a labor force from the people that benefit from that electricity. In our town that would be about 3,000 people. So suddenly you’ve got 9,000 hours of labor a week. Just do the math. The amount of stuff you will create for your community is unimaginable! More food than we can eat, more clean water, more clothing, more wooden products, more metal things that we need. The roads will be clean, the parks will be spectacular. Not only that, then the money that comes in from the community projects belongs to the community. And everything that you create in those community projects, the food the bread etc., is free to everyone that participates.

So what this electricity device does, it really becomes the foundation in a society of people that can live virtually for free.”

(For those following the QEG project, FTW has been working towards implementing a similar philosophy through our Cottage Industry Community Units model, working with the local people in our community, and supporting communities that are crowdfunding to build a community QEG.)

UBUNTU For Local Elections:

UBUNTU  contested in the national elections in South Africa in 2014, in the UK elections in May of 2015 and is planting the seeds to contest in the local elections  in South Africa and also in Canada in 2016.

UBUNTU has a very good chance of winning the local elections in their municipality. This is a critical milestone that once reached can become a domino effect to influence other communities to apply UBUNTU principles and change our world for the better.   You can support the movement by visiting their site and subscribing with a monthly donation amount to help fund their efforts.

The principles of UBUNTU Contributionism are outlined by its founder, Michael Tellinger, in dozens of documents, video and audio recordings and the book entitled UBUNTU Contributionism – A Blueprint For Human Prosperity, which has now become the founding document for the UBUNTU Movement globally. Anyone that has not read the book cannot claim to represent, or speak on behalf of, or claim to know the principles of Contributionism. While the circumstances of every community are unique, the foundation of Contributionism remains the same. We are moving to a world without money, barter or trade of any kind – where everyone’s contributions are respected equally and where everyone is given the freedom to contribute their natural talents or acquired skills for the greatest benefit of all in their community. We are developing a society where people work together in cooperation, rather than in competition against each other.

We are not creating self-sustained communities – we are creating much more – we are creating communities of abundance – where everyone has everything they need beyond our wildest imagination.

UBUNTU Party’s Stephen Goodson Threatened With Arrest

Former Director of SARB Stephen Goodson, faces possible criminal charge and arrest … for disclosing secret criminal dealings of the South African Reserve Bank

On Monday, 16 February 2015 Stephen Goodson, former independent non-executive director of the South African Reserve Bank (2003-2012) and UBUNTU Party Parliamentary candidate in the 2014 general election, was interviewed at Kleinmond police station by Colonel Adriaan Schilz of the Directorate Priority Crime Investigation unit (Hawks) in Bellville, Cape Town, South Africa.

Mr Goodson, who was assisted by his legal adviser, is being investigated on suspicion of having committed a “crime”, by disclosing secret dealings of the SARB, and what Goodson has called “various criminal activities which have taken place at the Reserve Bank over a long period of time.”

Mr Goodson was able to express himself in a vigorous manner. Unfortunately Colonel Schilz was ill-prepared and appeared to be out of his depth on the knowledge about the true nature, origins and ownership of the SARB, which is outlined in great detail in Stephen Goodson’s book, “ Inside the South African Reserve Bank – Its Origins and Secrets Exposed.”

Colonel Schilz clearly struggled to follow Mr Goodson’s explanations. After an extended interview, Schilz terminated the meeting out of sheer exasperation.

This action simply highlights the secretive activity of SARB and the secrecy clause that protects this establishment from being exposed, and prevents ordinary people who have been harmed by its actions from attaining justice.

Furthermore, it clearly highlights the fact that the SARB operates above the law and masquerades as both a private corporation and a government institution protected by legislature.

Mr Goodson strenuously denies having committed any “crime” for the following reasons. See…

Michael Tellinger: “Remove money! What do we need it for? It’s destroying all of our lives!”

Last Sunday, a young woman, Michaele invited me and puppy Shadow over for breakfast. The invitation felt good. So seldom do I get invited personally to meals in others’ homes!

I thought it would be just the two of us, and the dogs. But no, there were two other young ones there, plus Rebecca, who had unexpectedly arrived back from a Bluegrass Festival earlier than expected. So there we were, the two crones with the three budding beauties,  on the cusp of their adult lives during a time when the world is falling apart.

The first course was spectacular: a nut, inside a date, wrapped in bacon. On my! Then I discovered Michaele works for a caterer, and is getting quite good at cooking! Incredible eggs with all sorts of stuff in them followed, plus gluten-free cornbread and coffee. I had to remind her to get me coffee too. (I had arrived a bit later than the others), ribbing her in the way that Sagittarians do, all in good fun, and luckily, she’s used to me and Rebecca, the two Sagittarians who live in the adjacent homes.

Then I asked the young man what he does for “work.” He told me he works for Amazon, a  high stress job, late at night, making sure that orders are complete and on the right conveyer belts to get to the right trucks (UPS, FedEx, etc.) for the nightly long-distance hauls at 1 and 5 AM. He says the teamwork is pretty good, except when people get too stressed out.

I ask him what he would do if there were no obstacles. If he could follow his passion rather than “work” at a job that, obviously, is both stressful and yet mechanical in nature, and perhaps even could be done by computers and robots, just like a lot of “work” these days.

My question shifted the atmosphere. I could feel him both relax and get excited. Aaaah, the possibilities!

With this remark I launched into one of my favorite subjects: why do we keep on stressing the idea of “creating jobs,” and “getting jobs,” when what we really need to do, all of us, is dive into the real work of understanding ourselves well enough, paying attention to all the subtle cues and hints that our bodies and dreams and synchronicities and so on are gifting us with, to know what it would be to truly follow our unique, original passion, that “work” which gives us energy rather than depletes us.

And what would happen if everybody did this, followed his or her passion utterly, without compromise, and gifted the world around with the fruits of their expression? In such a world, who needs money? We know damn well that such a world would self-organize into a natural living ecosystem just the way Nature does it. All her wild creatures follow their natures, why don’t we?

Here’s an amazing article on economics that concludes the same way. Kind of astonished me.  . . . OOps! Oh phooey, can’t find it now. It had to do with the idea of taking away all the superstructure that we have created to “govern” our associations with each other both economically and otherwise, and what would happen? We’d revert back to the self-organizing way that Nature does it. Sure wish I could find that economics article. It was very technical and precise and, to me, mostly gobbeldy gook, until it came to that startlng conclusion.

Two more interesting pieces on Work.

The first one is from a corporate point of view, how to get employees more productive. How to make better busy bees. Yuck, as to its overall perspective, but yes to many of its ideas as to how people do matter, and when management pays attention to their core needs — physical,  emotional, mental and spiritual — more work gets done, and of better quality, which of course, makes more money. Profits, the be-all and end-all of corporate life, go up! The bottom line is met. Shareholders are happy. They don’t care what it takes to get there, just do it! Rape the Earth if necessary! Destroy other people and their countries! Privatize everything that should be common! That’s the corporate point of view, and I’d say, that’s — on an unconscious level, the level on which you are connected to all that is alive — on a deeper level, why you might hate work, since you’re participating somehow, in that ethic, or lack of one, when you succumb to the perks of winner-take-all, predatory corporate employment.

Why You Hate Work

The next video is much more evolved, to put it mildly. Yes. Let us move from a money economy that promotes worsening scarcity for the many, and absurd, unsustainable, material opulence for the few, to Ubuntu, the gifting economy, which simply cannot help but create more and more abundance.

“Money is the opposite of all progress. Money prevents the natural flow of free energy. Give it away for free. It will come back to you in ways you cannot imagine.”

Crimes of the Banks Exposed – UBUNTU Party Michael Tellinger

Michael Tellinger from the UBUNTU Party exposes how the South African Reserve Bank and their foot soldiers, all the private banks in our country, commit crimes against our people, unlawfully closing their accounts and stealing their money. In this case the SARB and STANDARD BANK stole around R320 million rand from a network marketing team that was getting too big and too wealthy. SARB simply closed their account and kept their money falsely accusing them of all kinds of activities. This group consists of around 190,000 people, many of whom are now pledging their support for the UBUNTU Party to prevent this from happening in future. UBUNTU Party will replace the privately owned Reserve Bank, by a PEOPLE’S BANK that will create money for the people, by the people and supply money free of tax, levies, interest or any other charges, for all activities in our communities – creating 100% employment and allowing all of us to live beautiful lives of abundance, free of all debt. The main function of a PEOPLE’S BANK is to provide the money that communities need in all areas of their activity. Home loans at 0% interest and no more repossessions.

UBUNTU Message on the Road with Michael Tellinger

Michael Tellinger on the road with the message of UBUNTU in the South African Elections 2014 – Explaining to the people why we are in such an economic mess and how the UBUNTU Party will get us all out of this mess in a few simple and easy steps. All the people have to do is understand that the country belongs to its people and the government is the servant of the people – and must always do what the people want. Michael explains that the cause of all our troubles is the financial system that needs to be completely replaced – by a People’s Bank – that issues money for the people, by the people. Unless we deal with the root of the problem – we are simply rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic while it is going down.

Star Trek The Next Generation – Moneyless Society

This is an extremely powerful video, as Star Trek tends to reveal expanded concepts of sovereignty and responsibility.

In this episode, they encounter a cryostatis ship with 3 survivors from late 20th century Earth. One of the newly awakened people decides to use a communication system which he was specifically told not to use, and when confronted with this break of trust, asserts that if it was so important that he not use it, it should have been locked out; as in I can not be expected to be held responsible for my actions ‘I am incompetent’ The Captain responds by saying “in the 24th century and on this ship, we have learned to exercise self control when asked not to touch something.” In other words, being sovereign within thyself, acting with personal responsibility and liability.

And the statement of the 20th century survivor also reveals how the Elite, our would-be masters, view us at this time. We are Incompetent, hence their position of authority, as they feel they are competent. It is only when we accept our impact on our reality, and acknowledge it fully, that we will begin to be conscious of our responsibility as co-creators, the path of true Sovereignty. This ability to be Response-able or to exercise our will harmoniously in the world is the underlying consciousness which supports a moneyless society.

How to deal with the Sheriff of The Court ~ Micheal Tellinger, UBUNTU

From the Desk of Michael Tellinger and the Ubuntu Party in co-operation with Ubuntu USA:

How to deal with the Sheriff of The Court Protect your property – know your rights – stand your ground Every day millions of people around the world are deprived of their property when a Sheriff of the court, or a Court Bailiff, or other, arrives at their home and begins to remove or attach their property – in most cases unexpectedly and also unlawfully.

But because our laws were not written to benefit people, but to rather uphold the rights of the corporations, the average person does not know what to say or what their rights are to prevent their property from being taken against their will.

The business of a Sheriff is not an ordinary private business or private enterprise. While they do operate as a business, they are heavily regulated and tightly governed by statute law – this works in favor of the people if they know what to say.

This document outlines what has come to our attention as the legal and lawful rights of all people, and what seems to be legal loophole in the system for our benefit – to pay the sheriff with a lawful PROMISSORY Note, drawn up by you and endorsed by you – when he/she arrives on your doorstep unexpectedly.

Such situations are highly stressful and people panic and go into shock and forget their own rights or how to respond. So please pay careful attention and memorize this information – it has to come naturally to you so that you do not panic and stumble on your words when facing a sheriff.
There is nothing to be afraid of – just having the courage to know your rights and how to stand your ground. Knowledge is power – use it for your own benefit.

If this does not make sense to you, then you need to understand two things:
1.    You need to understand how the money and banking system works outside the scope of this document; and
2.    A Promissory Note is defined as “incorporeal property” and lawful means of payment in most countries of the world; and
3.    Accept that to a certain degree at least, this is a legal loophole that we can use to the benefit of the people against the draconian and unlawful activities of the banks and government.

In South Africa, the settlement of a debt using ‘incorporeal property’ is, prescribed among other places, in the High Court Rules of South Africa as follows: (Click here to see use of promissory notes in the United States and Internationally)

Rule 45 (8) If incorporeal property, whether movable or immovable, is available forattachment, it may be attached without the necessity of a prior application to courtin the manner hereinafter provided:

(a)    Where the property or right to be attached is a lease or a bill of exchange, promissory note, bond or other security for the payment of money, the attachment shall be complete only when-

(i) notice has been given by the sheriff to the lessor and lessee, mortgagor and mortgagee or person liable on the bill of exchange or promissory note or security as the case may be, and
(ii) the sheriff shall have taken possession of the writing (if any) evidencing the lease, or of the bill of exchange or promissory note, bond or other security as the case may be, and

We have it on record from a hearing in the South Gauteng High Court, in the matter between STD Bank vs Tellinger, that the banks accept payment in Bills of Exchange AND Promissory Notes. The attached promissory note is compiled from its relevant definitions in the South African Bills of Exchange Act – see attachment.

NOTICE: This form of payment should only be used for banks – not to pay other people or small companies. They do not know what to do with such a form of payment – banks do. It is therefore our opinion that you can use a Promissory Note, drawn up by you, to pay the Sheriff because it is a payment is to the Bank. You should not use this method for the settlement of non-bank debts.

The Sheriff has his instructions and must follow strict legal guidelines. He is not a legal expert especially on the issue of promissory notes and Bills of Exchange – therefore it is not his place to enter into an argument with you about the merits of the form of payment. You have to stand your ground on this point. If the Sheriff does not accept your payment, then he must complete a Return of Service sheet to return to the bank’s attorneys and furnish you with you a copy.

Here is the sequence of events that the Ubuntu Party recommends. You have been conditioned to be terrified of a Sheriff or other persons of authority. Please study this and try to feel comfortable with all this information so that it is easy to remember what to do. Do not panic – do not be afraid.

Have the following handy:
·    A piece of paper and a pen,
·    A small black book that you can purchase from any stationary store,
·    Print out the attached promissory note with your details and serial number on it – have a few ready in your home in a place that you can find easily .
·    If you are able (not critical) record or film the entire conversation with a camera, cell phone or recording device.

Sequence of events:

1)    The Sheriff arrives and will most likely introduce himself as being “from the Sheriff’s office.” This is not good enough.

2)    Ask him/her for ID – do not let them onto the property without ID that states he/she is a Sheriff of the Court. Best is to stop them at the gate or door. Copy all relevant details down onto the piece of paper. Don’t rush. Take your time and be thorough.

3)    Demand a copy of the “writ of attachment” or “execution” or “valuation” – take a good look at it and make sure it is what he says it is. Again, take your time. Look for anything out of the ordinary (incorrect dates, pages not signed, etc.)

4)    Look for the total amount written on his documents – but don’t comment or mention anything at this stage.

5)    Say the following: I am willing and able to dispense with payment immediately, please wait here while I get it.

6)    Fetch your blank Promissory Note (attached) and “black book” to write the details of the NOTE in.

7)    Ask the Sheriff for the “all total”.  Say to him: “What is the ‘all total – or full and final settlement to dispose of this matter?”

8)    The “all total” is the full amount including costs; interest; fees; sheriff’s costs; attorney costs, and any other fees that may have been approved by the tax master.

9)    The sheriff will most likely make a call to the lawyers for the “all total.”

10)    Get the total amount from the Sheriff and fill in the Promissory Note.

11)    If sheriff asks what you are doing, say, “I am tendering payment, please be patient.”

12)    If he continues to ask what you are tendering, say: “I am settling this with a Promissory Note – it’s something like a check, but a Promissory Note is guaranteed because it is a liquid negotiable instrument. Kindly check High Court Rule 48 (8) (a) under ‘incorporeal property’ for confirmation.

13)    Do not be scared to sound like a robot or if you sound funny reading it out loud. The performance of a Sheriff is robotic in itself, so do not worry about how you sound.

14)    In your “black book,” fill in the details of your Promissory Note, the same way that you would fill in a check stub for your records. Date – Amount – To whom – Serial number of your promissory note.

15)    Then you sign below the information and hand the book to the sheriff to sign – do this rapidly, saying, “Please just sign here,” and hand him the pen. Urge him to sign.

16)    Hand him the Promissory Note only after he has signed the black book.

17)    If he signs the book, the matter is closed and he has accepted your payment. He now has to file a Return of Service stating that he received payment of ……….. Rand/Dollars/etc – and he has to leave your premises.

18)    Demand a copy of the Sheriff’s Return of Service document, that clearly shows that a payment of …xxx…rand/dollars was received from you.

19)    The bank has three days to challenge or refuse your payment by means of a special petition. If they do not petition within 3 days the matter is settled. The Sheriff cannot come back with the same summons.

20)    The bank will have to start a whole new legal action against you with a new summons.

21)    If he refuses to sign and obstructs the process, repeat to him that you are attempting to settle the full amount or the “all total” and that he is obstructing you to do so. Say, “I hereby state for the record that I am attempting to settle the all total with a lawful payment via my Promissory Note and you are obstructing me and preventing me from doing so.”

22)    Continue: “The payment is made in terms of the Bills of Exchange Act 34 of 1964 as amended by Act 56 of 2000;  and it is also a settlement in full as specified in terms of High Court Rule 45(8)(a).”

23)    If sheriff continues to be difficult not understanding what you are doing and wanting to proceed with his normal routine of attachment, tell him the following.

24)    “I have tendered your full payment of… rand/dollars and you have refused acceptance without qualification. I demand that you endorse on your Return of Service that you have refused to accept a lawful payment in the amount of Rand/dollars, and rejected without qualification my payment.

25)    The sheriff is not entitled to refuse a payment because he is an agent – make him aware of it. In other words, explain to him that he is an agent operating as an intermediary and he is bound by the rules of the Court and the rules pertaining to Sheriffs.

26)    He must, as an agent, receive a lawful form of payment. Further explain him that he is not acting according to his mandate.

27)    Demand a copy of the Sheriff’s Return of Service.

28)    The Sheriff may NOT proceed with any attachments on your property OR even writing up any items, because:
a)    You have tendered lawful payment  -AND –
b)    He has issued you with a Return of Service – OR –
c)    He has refused payment and needs to file a Return of Service to the bank that states what transpired.

29)    If the Sheriff insists on entering and attaching your property, ask him to leave or you will call the police.

30)    NOTE: Sheriffs have been widely known to call “their own police” who are usually police acting outside their mandate, paid for by the Sheriff. Should this occur, you must call the police yourself. It is also highly recommended that you have friends on speed dial who can show up to support you and act as witnesses. You must get names and ID numbers of all police who you encounter.

31)    Remember that this is a CIVIL matter between the Bank and you – it is NOT a CRIMINAL matter – so the police may not assist the Sheriff in entering your home.

32)    The Police are there to maintain the PEACE – so if the Sheriff wants to enter your property by force, the police should protect you.

33)    The Sheriff needs to present different documents that rely on proof of a criminal offense to get assistance from the police. Stand your ground on this issue.

34)    Inform him that he has exceeded his mandate and he is now trespassing.

35)    Ask the police to arrest the Sheriff for unlawful entry and trespassing, after you have warned him, and ask them to charge him with intent to remove your property without cause.

36)    An additional charge may be: an attempt to extort money from you without legal invoice. This is the “all total” that the sheriff gave you earlier, without an official invoice. Nobody can demand payment without an invoice.

37)    There may also be a possible case of fraud against the Sheriff and the lawyers and the bank, who gave him the “all total.” Because the total will most likely not be accurate – the common practice by the lawyers is to inflate these amounts without adding it up accurately.  Put simply, if they feel you are ready to pay, the lawyers may inflate the amount, in belief that you are willing to settle. This is another reason why you should record the conversation.

38)    The Sheriff may be guilty of refusing lawful payment; extorting money without an invoice and inflating the amount payable.

See generic Promissory Note below. Please adapt it with your details – create your own sequence of serial numbers for each consecutive note; print out a few blank notes; and keep them in a safe place with easy access. This Promissory Note is suitable for South Africa and other countries where the existing money no longer states “I promise to pay the bearer.”

We suggest that in the UK and other countries, where it still states as such, the promissory note may not need the Terms & Conditions of payment, but be a pure “promissory note”.  The state will claim that their notes are underwritten by the treasury and therefore have value – which is not really true. Because the state depends on the goodwill of the people to have “trust” in the state currency, which is an empty promise to pay, since the currency is not supported by any precious metals.

The people, on the other hand, may claim that their Promissory Notes are underwritten by the One People’s Public Trust 1776, of which every living breathing human being is automatically a beneficiary and therefore can use the TRUST to underwrite their own promissory notes. The OPPT was established on 10 September 2012, by its own Declaration and Order, lodged with UCC office in Washington, DC, under filing number 2012096074 and is a bona fide TRUST of the people of the planet.

Gifting goods and services to each other

One of the principles of contributionism is to do away with what is not serving humanity, and our planet…

What is not serving us any longer is the dysfunctional urge to quantify our value, and represent this inaccurate, ever inflating abstraction with some form of currency… in other words, money.

However, in a planet without money, an abundance of goods and services will still be exchanged by people, locally and globally!

What we need is some type of an exchange of goods and services, which is more efficient than with the use of money. More efficient is a very very key point. Humanity would not have adapted CD’s over vinyl if it wasn’t a more efficient solution… and so it has to be with the doing away with money. If the new moneyless system does not work better, there will (rightly so) be no uptake from the global communities to this direction.

With the above understanding in mind, a brand new on-line tool is in being created now by the Ubuntu Planet Open Source development team, to offer an efficient, currency-less, pay-it-forward service (for the local and global exchange goods and services).

This is not a new idea in itself, and for more details about what this is, and how the nuts and bolts of this will work, please read this excellent article:

Apply contributionism principles on-line

Contributionism is more than doing away with money… the system also describes the road to transformation to a functional global society, and it describes in practical terms how we, the people, can truly govern ourselves on a very decentralized, yet highly organized way.

All of this is described in Michael Tellinger’s book:

This book will be released soon…

Also coming soon, will be a Wikipedia page, which will give a brief summary of contributionism.

And there we have it.

If you would like to get into contact with the Ubuntu Planet open source development team, join us on, and post your questions / comments / suggestions / offer of assistance in:

Once again the Ubuntu Planet team extends our warmest welcome to all and everyone, and we hope to see you there!

Love and light

Michael Tellinger & Willem de Swart – Number 1 & Vortex

A little abstract, but for those who are working with vortex energy it makes more sense…

Published on Oct 28, 2012 by

Michael Tellinger talks to Willem de Swart about the meanings behind the number 1 – vortex energy, cones and special love. How it is all entangled in the secret numbers of GOD and the source field.
